Are you a little short on time and in need of extra support to help train your dog? 

Your dog will be collected from home and taken to a nearby park or public space where we can work one on one with them on basic manners and life skills. Your dog will have fun, work with a different handler, and learn to navigate new environments.

Please note: If you haven’t worked with us before, you must complete an initial 1-on-1 dog training consultation. This helps us to determine if Training Walks are suitable for your pup and if what they learn with us is able to be practised at home to ensure long-term success.

What do we do differently?

We use positive reinforcement techniques to build long-term patterns of behaviour—our trainer focuses on progressively building your dog’s skills and learning to achieve success.

What’s Involved

  • Your dog will receive 1 hour of quality 1-on-1 time with a trainer for only $95/dog/walk. A commitment of 4 consecutive sessions is required upon booking for consistency of training.

    If you are a new client, an initial one-on-one consultation will need to be scheduled first, at an additional cost of $200/hr.

    If you wish to book a handover session with our trainer following your set of walks, this can be done at an additional cost of $95/hour. (Please note this is an exclusive discounted price, only for those who've completed their 4 training walks—our usual training session price is $200/hour).

    • Loose lead walking

    • Recall training

    • Working around distractions

    • Building motivation and focus

    • Jumping up

    • Other manners that need attention

    • ​If you are a new client, an initial 1-on-1 dog training consultation ($180) is required before we can determine if our Training Walks are suitable for your dog.

    • Your dog must be wearing a secure collar with name/council tag

    • Vaccinations all up to date

    • ​Your dog must be comfortable travelling in a car

    • Your dog must be sociable around people and other dogs—if your dog is reactive we recommend our dog training sessions instead.

  • Each dog receives a minimum of 1 hour training split into segments and play to ensure focus is maintained and progress in learning is achieved. Pick up and drop off is outside of the 1 hour of training an included in our price.

  • Walks are available Tuesday-Friday, and are flexible to work/life schedules. Some training blocks will adjust according to availability.

    Walks will go ahead in all weather, unless the forecast is too severe that it compromises your dog’s safety.
